Ash and Bloom Brave Flame™ is a trauma-informed nonprofit and symbolic product company offering comfort kits, healing tools, and caregiver resources. Our mission is to support children, caregivers, and survivors navigating trauma through emotionally safe design and lived experience.


2. Products and Services

We offer:

  • Trauma-informed comfort kits
  • Symbolic healing tools and apparel
  • Caregiver support resources
  • Donation-based gifting programs

All products are designed for emotional comfort and symbolic healing. They are not medical devices or substitutes for professional care. 


3. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders can be placed through our online storefront or via donation-based gifting.
  • We accept major credit cards and secure payment platforms.
  • All prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel services at any time.


4. Shipping and Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed within 5–7 business days unless otherwise noted.
  • Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or force majeure events.


5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the symbolic and therapeutic nature of our products:

  • All sales are final unless items arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@ashandbloombraveflame.org.


6. Intellectual Property

 

All content, designs, logos, product concepts, visual mockups, and symbolic representations on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Ash and Bloom Brave Flame™. This includes but is not limited to:
Product photography and illustrations visual mockups
Healing tool designs and comfort kit layouts and ideas
Website graphics, icons, and page layouts
Written content, brand language, and symbolic frameworks. 


This protection extends to derivative works, rewritten content, or paraphrased language that closely mimics our emotional tone, symbolic messaging, or trauma-informed frameworks. Any attempt to replicate the style, structure, or symbolic language of Ash and Bloom Brave Flame™ without permission may be considered infringement.

You may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, publish, or use any of our materials — including rewritten or stylistically similar content — for commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

At Ash and Bloom Brave Flame™, every product is created with emotional intention, symbolic healing, and trauma-informed care. Because of the nature of our comfort kits and healing tools, we ask that you read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Terms of Return

  • Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
  • We do not accept returns for reasons related to emotional response, symbolic interpretation, or therapeutic impact.

2. Condition of Return


  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, altered, or used.


3. Reason for Return

  • Accepted reasons include: 
    • Product arrived damaged
    • Wrong item received
    • Missing components in kit

4. How to Initiate a Return


To begin a return:

  • Email us at contact@ashandbloombraveflame.org with: 
    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
  • We will respond within 3 business days with next steps


5. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
